It is summer. I swim a lot. I really like that.
I really need to get back in the gym habit, though. Swimming alone is not enough and I know it. I just like it so much better (and it's a 1 minute walk, not a 15 minute drive.)
Public goal: hit the gym 3 times between now (july 12th) and friday (july 18th).
If I don't, someone who reads this has to come kick me.
