Today I get to go do walk throughs on houses to rent! Yay!
Cross your fingers we find a nice house for a decent price in a safe neighborhood. Yep, we want it all.

THE NORTHWEST SIDE IS PERFECTLY SAFE AND CLOSER TO YOUR SCHOOL AND HAS SOME NICE HOUSES NEAR GREAT PEOPLE AND THE AIRPORT IS CONVENIENTLY NEARBY.
Well, we don't fly hardly ever, so thats not a great selling point!
You are not very near public transportation, also, which is necessary to our life with one car.
Thirdly, in order to make exchanging the car on Donald's lunch break convenient (so that I do not have to go get his at 1 am!) we need to remain within 10-15 minutes of Teletech.
All in all, for us right now, the south side works better. Although you are right about some great people over there...but I have not seen those great people in so long, they may have changed...
I miss Springfield housing prices! Hope you find all you are looking for.
